Online Submissions

IJIM: International Journal of Islamic Educational Management accepts manuscript submissions exclusively through its Online Journal System (OJS).

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are required to:

  1. Register or log in to the IJIM OJS.
  2. Ensure that the manuscript follows the Author Guidelines and journal template.
  3. Ensure that the manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
  4. Ensure that all authors have approved the manuscript and agreed to its submission.
  5. Complete all required submission metadata, including the title, abstract, keywords, author information, affiliation, and references.
  6. Upload the manuscript and any required supplementary files through the OJS.
  7. Complete the required declarations regarding authorship, originality, conflict of interest, funding, research ethics, and AI use, where applicable.
  8. Review all submission information carefully before completing the submission.

Submission Checklist

Before completing the submission, authors should confirm that:

☐ The manuscript fits the IJIM Focus and Scope.
☐ The manuscript follows the IJIM template.
☐ The manuscript is original and not submitted elsewhere.
☐ All authors are correctly identified.
☐ References and citations follow APA 7th Edition.
☐ Ethical requirements have been fulfilled.
☐ Conflict of interest and funding information are provided.
☐ AI use is disclosed where applicable.

Authors can monitor the status of their submissions through their OJS account throughout the editorial and peer-review process.

All manuscripts must be submitted through the official IJIM OJS.
